Welcome to the NEISOA Homepage!

The purpose of this association is to:

	Promote, develop, and improve, in general, the American game of soccer.
	To collaborate with soccer associations, coaches, officials, and other organizations in everything proper pertaining to the advancement of soccer.
	To promote the uniform interpretation and administration of the soccer rules by all officials.
	To have available at all times an adequate number of thoroughly trained and capable officials for use by the various colleges.
